The International Transmission Operations & Maintenance Study (ITOMS) is a consortium of international Transmission companies to assess service level and productivity/cost performance across key Transmission Sub-Functions and identify Industry “Best Practices.” State Grid Corporation of China has participated in the ITOMS 2-year project cycle since 2007 and since then we have been providing the translation service and as team member for the program. Our professional service has obtained praise from both SGCC and foreign consulting partner UMS of the program.
